Please describe in detail how the software conforms to these requirements, including any other functionality that contributes to security and controls. At a minimum please describe the physical system access, software system access, data store secureity and external system connection security. Please indicate the level of control and security options imposed by the application, including: user groupings, personal data sharing, global data update and modiciation, journalling of all access attempts, last log-on date and time and access control lists. Please describe the security features that related to integration with Bell Sygma’s foreign operations running the same software. The finalists will be asked to provide a data flow diagram for review by Bell Sygma Internal auditors. “Sygma6 Systems Security General Guidelines” refers to the Bell Sygma corporate standard Audit and Control practices referred to in this document.
