What do I use this tool for?

Use this tool to guide and document your analysis. This tool provides all the key points necssary complete the qualitative analysis. Once you have identified the Business Issues via interviews and situation analysis, this tool provides the fields to document the analysis of each issue - based on the Diagnostic Methodology.
The cells for this tool are deliberately confining, in order to keep the analysis focused and stay within scope. If there isn’t enough space in a cell then chances are good you’re too deep in the analysis.
Why would I use it?

- identify Operational Drivers that contribute to Revenue Levers
- identify Revenue Levers to focus your attention on
- determine with the client which Operational Drivers represent the greatest impact and evaluate a realistic sensitiviy range for each Revenue Lever

- recommend Key Steps necessary for the client to take in order to realize the opportunity
- provide insights into which Revenue Enhancement service offerings apply to this client
