{冶金行业管理}120 万 吨炼焦煤选煤厂设计 摘要 本设计选煤厂为年处理能力120万吨矿区型炼焦煤选煤厂。入选原煤属 于较难选煤。通过对煤质资料进行充分的分析，最终确定选煤工艺流程为 预先脱泥-无压三产品重介旋流器、浮选联合分选流程。 入选原煤选前脱泥，脱泥后0.5-50.0mm粒级煤采用重介旋流器分选， -0.5mm煤泥采用浓缩浮选的工艺流程。原煤经分选后，其最终精煤产率为 72.04% ，，灰分为9.47% ，水分为10.44% ；中煤产率为18.99% ，灰分为 27.86% ；矸石产率为8.97% ，灰分为72.86% ；以上指标均达到设计的要求。 本流程采用了预先脱泥，提高了无压三产品重介旋流器分选精度和效 率，并且提高了介质的回收；浮选精煤、尾煤都采用压滤；全厂洗水实现 闭路循环，达到环保要求。厂区、厂房布置合理、规范,各生产环节符合规 范要求。 选煤厂工作制度定为每年330天，每天16小时。 关键词：脱泥；三产品重介旋流器；煤泥水 ABSTRACT Thisdesignisforacentralcoalpreparationplantofcokingcoal,ofwh ichthrough-putcapacityis1.2milliontoneveryyear.Thisrawcoalbelong stoaratherdifficultgradingofcoal.Accordingtocoaldistrinctandcoal quality,itemploystechnologicalprocessofdeslimingbeforeseparation,h eavy-mediumcyclonewithtripleproductofzero-pressurefeed,biningwit hflotation..
