To revise vocabulary and expressions to describe “The four seasons”. 2. To guess meaning from context. 3. The students are able to use the key words correctly. 【能力目标】 To use the sentences in context. 【情感目标】 利用多种游戏或活动形式培养学生对英语学习的浓厚兴趣。 教学重难点 教学重难点 【教学重点】 The students are able to use the key words correctly. 【教学难点】 通过阅读活动,引导学生通过阅读抓住关键信息,了解故事大意,通过角色扮演,让学生巩固和运用本单元所学核心词汇和句型。 课前准备 课前准备 Tape recorder, Multimedia. 教学过程 教学过程 Step 1 1. Listen and say Free talk: T: What do you know about “The four seasons”?Look at the pictures on P58 and PPT. Talk about “The four seasons”. Encourage them to talk about the topic. 2. Listening Play the listening materials, stop when necessary. And then check the answers. To train the students’ ability of catching the information of the listening materials. Step 2 1. Look and learn Lead them to read and explain the “The four seasons”. e.g: In autumn, it is cool. To review the related knowledge. 2. Color and say Learn the sentence in P59 and make sentences one by one. 3. Say and act Let the students look PPT and act the scene. To make them get familiar with the details of the text and train their ability of saying and reading. Step 3 1. Read and trace Let the students look PPT and make sentences. Then write them. 2. Learn the letters List the letters in P61 for them. Step 4 Homework 1. Dictation. 2.
