Wolf Totem During the summer vacation,I read a book called Wolf Totem which reflects the relationship between wolves and people under one of my friends’recommendation.It took me about half a month to finish the book and after I have finished it,I benefited a lot. Chen zhen,the protagonist in the book,is the embodiment of the author who volunteered to the border of Inner Mongolia grassland Lun as a Beijing youth 30 years ago.On the grassland,he once drilled the wolf’s hole,dug over pups,raised coyotes,fought with wolves and lingered with wolves as well. Themed by wolves and written at the period of the environment,the book described dozens of ‘wolf stories’ which showed us the wisdom,team spirits,strong hearts of the wolves.Truly speaking,what attracted me most in the book was the author’s description of thinking about the relationship between wolves and greedy people.To the people on the grassland,wolves are their soul.Old man Bilgee has a great influence on me,who has lots of prestige on the grass and he is the first teacher of Chen zhen Bilgee always hold the opinion that they should keep a balance among wolves,grassland and people.But it is a pity that another important person named Shungui Bao turned up in the end.He uses the power in his hand to hunt wolves seriously and cruelly.In my eyes,he is just a rude,shortsighted man who will come to a bad end.However,unfortunately,the book didn’t make it clear. Finally,old man Bilgee died with sorrow and the howl of wolves rippled in the sky the whole night.The imaginative picture is really sad and moving.The coyote raised by Chen zhen died,too.Due to various reasons,Chen zhen killed the wolf with his own hands.The wolf hurt badly and he couldn’t howl like other wolves.Chen zhen always feel very self-abuse but in order to respect the coyote,he had no choice but to kill him.If not,he will be killed by other people on the grass like Shungui Bao.Chen loves the coyote,but in that situation,especi
