Learning BurnoutStudy on College Students Learning Burnout Whe n stude nts have no in terests or lack in en thusiasms for the lear ning but can not but do it, they will be sick of the lear ning, and feel tired in body and mind, that state is called as the learning burnout(Yang,2005,P.54-58).Generally,thelearning burnout has following characteristics. (1) Exhausted emotion. For this characteristic, stude nts gen erally lack in en thusiasms in their lear ning, and they feel exhausted, n ervous, and frustrated, and they can not cen tralize their atte ntio ns on the lear ning. Students' emotion is in the extreme tiredness, and the emotional resource is exhausted, and the lear ning en thusiasm is very low. (2) Lack ing in huma ni zati on. That meansstudents often treat others with the bland,passive,andnegative attitude, and they can not trust others, and they are unbelieving and overcritical to others. The attack behavior is an extreme represe ntati on of the lear ning bur no ut. On the one hand, stude nts' attack behaviors in crease,a ndtheir huma n frictio ns in crease. On the other hand, they will aim at themselves and harm themselves. (3)Low achievability. Learning burnout will induce low achievability. Students will undervalue their achieveme nts, an dsome of them will eve n n egate what they did. In recent years, many surveys about college students showed that the phe nomenon of lear ning bur nout in college stude nts was serious. For example, Zhang Shu et al' s survey about 438 college students in Inner Mongolia Municipality indicated that college students'level of learning burnout was higher (Zhang, 2009, P.140-142); Li Weiwei et al's survey about 340 college students also showed that quiet part of colleges students had learning burnout (Li, 2007, P.19-21).College students assume the burde n of n ati onal build ing, and the existe nee of lear ning bur nout would seriously in flue nce the lear ning and the enhan ceme ntof lear ning efficie ncy, which goes against
