目录 内容提要 本设计是对蓄能式液控蝶阀液压系统的设计和计算，运用了许多液 压知识和机械设计原理，液控蝶阀是国内应用比较多的一种自动控制阀， 如水轮机的进水阀，以及一些管道的自动开关阀。 本液压系统为蓄能式全液方式，不需要锤，减少了能量的消耗与空间， 两个蓄能器，保障了辅助能源，应急动力的充分供给，并且保障了足够的 容积，而且若一个有损坏，也可便于拆卸更换与维修。 　　蓄能式液压系统结构紧凑，可置于阀门联接架上或置于阀门附近，若 客户需要，可用 PLC 进行自动控制，并可以与 PC 主机连接进行自动化 程控制。 　　本液控系统的工作顺序为：首先液压系统启动油泵，压力油经单向阀、 换向阀进入油腔无杆腔，推动活塞运行，实现阀门开启，同时向蓄能器供 油，蓄能器的油压由压力控制器确定。阀门的关闭是由蓄能器内的压力油 经换向阀进入油缸有杆腔，使油缸退回，迅速关闭阀门。关闭时间及角度 由油缸尾部控制部分控制。 关键词 ：液压系统 液控蝶阀 蓄能式 自动化 控制 III Summary The is a energy storage type hydraulic controlled butterfly valve hydraulic system design and calculation which using many hydraulic knowledge and mechanical design principle. The hydraulic controlled butterfly valve is a domestic application in many automatic control valves today in China, such as the turbine inlet valve, and some of the pipe ’s automatic switch valve. The hydraulic system of energy storage with all the liquid way type, dont need to hammer, what’s more ,reduce the energy consumption and space. With two accumulator to guarantee the auxiliary energy, emergency power supply full, and security enough volume, besides,and if one damaged, we can facilitate the removal replacement and maintenance. Energy storage type hydraulic system structure is compact, may be placed on a shelf or in the valve valve connection near, if the customer need, can use PLC for automatic control, and can be connected to the PC host for automatic remote control.
