It was born in the 1960s . In the 1990s , it had a rapid development of the first industrial robot technology. The formation of high-tech integrated many subjects such as computer, control theory, institutions , information and sensor technology , artificial intelligence, bionics and other subjects. Now, it is widely used. Industrial robots have numerous types. A typical industrial robot includes automated handling robots; handling stacking robot which is responsible for grabbing in the warehouse; cutting, welding, spray welding robots; a variety of electrical assembly robot which is for the manufacture and assembly; auto paint or spray paint painting robots; robot arms which can mimic some motor function of the hand and grab a fixed program, carry objects or opera tools.
