Unit 3 Could you please clean your room? Section A (1a-2d) 教学设计 Teaching objectives: 1. learn to use some new words: rubbish, fold, sweep, do the dishes, sweep the floor, take out the rubbish, make the bed…etc; 2.Talk about what chores they do everyday. 3.Master some useful structures: - -- Could you/I please +V-原形? --- Yes, sure./All right. /OK. --- I’m sorry I/you can’t+ Reason… etc; 4. learn to make polite requests and ask for permission. Teaching important points: To make polite requests and ask for permission Teaching difficult points: Learn to organize a clean-up activities for a special day with the correct forms. 学情分析: 八年级的学生具备了一定的英语基础和基本技能,通过前两个单元的学习积累了一定的词汇量,掌握了一些基本的阅读策略。本课以做家务为基础,学习如何有礼貌的提出请求或征求许可,潜移默化地对学生进行了礼仪教育和感恩教育,于教学之中体现了情感态度和德育目标。 Teaching steps: Step 1、Warm up Enjoy some pictures with a piece of energetic music to guide in the new lesson.( 调动学生的热情,为本堂课的顺利开展做好铺垫。) Step2.Show the learning objectives Show the aims and let them be sure about the tasks. Step3.Presentation Use pictures to teach the new phrases of chores, Then talk about the chores they do everyday. Teach polite requests :“Could you please……?”by PPT, then practice in pairs. Step 4.Find the difference Compare different ways to express “Open the window”, then make students understand the importance of polite requests.
