成 绩 评阅人 日 期 中国矿业大学力学与建筑工程学院 2014~2015 学年度第二学期 地铁与轻轨课程论文 学 号 班 级 姓 名 力学与建筑工程学院教学管理办公室 地铁隧道冻结法施工关键问题分析 （中国矿业大学孙越崎学院 越崎 12-02 周桂平） 摘要 ：在地铁隧道的施工过程中，通常会遇见含水量较多的不良地质，这时，通 常采用一种人工制冷的方法， 将隧道周围的不稳定地层和含水层冻结成不透水且 能抗地压、 水压的围岩体以暂时加固和改良地层， 然后在围岩体的保护下进行开 挖工作。冻结的围岩体是通过在隧道周围打一定数量的冻结孔， 孔内安装冻结管， 以输送冷媒介质吸收热量， 使之降温而形成的。 要想合理正确地在地铁隧道施工 中运用冻结法， 那么，对冻结法施工中常见的关键问题进行整理和分析， 这是很 重要的。 关键词： 地铁隧道，冻结法，关键问题，分析 Abstract: In the process of subway tunneling construction,we usually meet the unfavorable geology with major moisture content.At this moment,a method of artificial refrigeration will be adopted,it will make the unstrable strata and the water-bearing stratum around the tunnel to be frozen into an surrounding rock that is impermeble and can be able to resist the earth pressure and water gage to reinforce and improve the formation temporarily,then we can excavate unde -r the portection of the surrounding rock.The freezing surrounding rock ’s forma -tion is through making a certain number of freezing holes around the tunnel, the holes are installed with the brine intake to deliver the cold medium quality to absorb heat.To properly and correctly use the freezing process in the constr -uction metro tunnel,it is important to collate and analyze the key issues in the construction. Key Words: subway tunnel;freezing process;the key issues;analyze; 1 前言 冻结技术来自于天然冻结现象， 1862 年在英国威尔士的建筑基础中首次使 用了这种人工制冷技术来加固土壤； 1880 年德国工程师
