PAGE PAGE IV 摘 要 为了了解当前本科院校的师范生对教师职业的认同程度,在具有多样化的调查方法中,采用问卷调查法较为广泛和便捷,现针对宁德市宁德师范学院的350名师范生进行调查。结果显示:对于教师职业的认同感这一持有态度,本科师范生中女性师范生会明显高于男性本科师范生;非教师家庭的本科师范生明显要高于来自教师家庭的本科师范生;而非独生子女家庭的本科师范生则明显高于独生子女家庭的本科师范生;除此之外,来自农村家庭的本科师范生对于教师这一职业的认同感显著高于城镇家庭的本科师范生。社会给予教师这一职业的就业压力和教师本身的职业地位,学校教育对学生职业技能的教授,家庭的经济条件以及父母观念,个人的兴趣爱好等方面的影响使得师范生的教师职业认同感产生差异。因此,要想提高本科师范生的教师职业认同感,就应当从教师经济待遇和社会地位方面先提高。同时,学校还需多方位为学生提供良好的学习氛围和成长环境,提高家庭对教师职业的认知,在个人方面要加强教师职业的认知,从而提高个人能力。 关键词:师范生;教师职业认同感;影响因素;对策 Abstract In order to understand the degree of teachers recognition to teachers profession in normal universities, 350 teachers from Ningde Normal University in Ningde were investigated by questionnaire. The results showed that female normal university students are siginificantly higer than male normal university students in terms of the recognition of teachers profession; the teachers professional identity of teachers from non teacher families was significantly higher than that of teachers from teachers families;the undergraduate normal university students who are not the only child are significantly higher than the undergraduate normal university students from the one-child family. Teachers professional identity from normal students in rural families is significantly higher than normal students from urban families. The employment pressure in society and the professional status of teachers, the influence of school education on students professional skills, family economic conditions, parents ideas and personal interests, make the teachers professional identity difference. Therefore, for the sake of improving the professional identity of teachers in Normal University, the economic treatment and social status of teachers should be improved. The school should provide students learning and growth in many aspects, improve the cognition of the family to teachers profession, strengthen the cognition of teachers profession in personal aspects, and improve their personal energy.
