题 目 青岛市黄岛区“天一畔城”项目质量管理研究 PAGE PAGE I PAGE II PAGE II 摘 要 随着经济的快速发展，国内新兴市场的日渐成熟，对于建筑施工行业来说，以质量为核心的非价格竞争越来越占有重要的地位，人们对质量的追求不断提高，对质量的衡量标准也与过往有明显的不同，因此，建筑施工项目质量的好与坏直接影响着建筑施工企业的发展。而建筑行业恰恰是我国国民经济的支柱性产业，建筑业的成熟发展将对国民经济带来巨大的推动意义。 本文以青岛市黄岛区“天一畔城”项目为例，鉴于该国建筑项目的实际质量，确定了质量管理问题，分析了问题的原因，并提出了具体的解决办法。本文从主观、客观两方面提出建筑施工项目管理存在的问题，进而分析问题，并从经营理念及施工管理、大力研发专业技术、充分利用新兴市场经济的刺激还有国家的宏观调控、管理与个人的经营相结合这四个方面提出解决问题的方法。从个人角度出发，力求准确把握当前建筑施工质量方面的现状，提出显著问题、 有理有据的分析问题并从多个方面提出解决问题的方法，为我国建筑施工质量管理提供有利的基础。 关键词：工程项目，质量管理，质量控制，问题分析 ABSTRACT With the rapid development of economy and the maturity of domestic emerging markets, non-price competition with quality as the core is playing a more and more important role in the construction industry. Peoples pursuit of quality is continuously improving, and the measurement standard of quality is obviously different from the past. Therefore, the quality of construction projects directly affects the development of construction enterprises. The construction industry is just the pillar industry of our national economy. The mature development of the construction industry will bring great significance to the national economy. In this paper, taking the project of “Tianyi Pancheng” in Huangdao District of Qingdao City as an example, focusing on the actual situation of the quality of domestic construction projects, the problems existing in quality management are put forward, the causes of the problems are analyzed, and specific solutions are proposed. This paper puts forward the problems existing in the management of construction projects from both subjective and objective aspects, and then analyzes the problems, and puts forward the solutions from the four aspects of business philosophy and construction management, vigorously researching and developing professional technologies, fully utilizing the stimulation of emerging market economy and the combination of national macro-control, management and personal m
