中医辨证论治联合综合疗法治疗带状疱疹的效果观察 ［摘要］a的观察中医辨证论治联合综合疗法治疗带状疱疹的效果 观察。方法将2012年6月?2015年6月在我院中医皮肤科诊治的156例 带状疱疹患者随机分为两组，对照组（78例）予以阿昔洛韦片等口服、刺 疱放液、高能红光照射、季德胜蛇药片外用等综合疗法治疗；治疗组（78 例）在对照组治疗的基础上加用中医辨证论治内服中药治疗，疗程10 do 观察两组皮疹愈合消退时间、疼痛消失时间及治疗结束时的临床疗效。结 果 治疗10 d后，治疗组的总冇效率为94. 87%,明显高于对照组的82.05% （P0. 05）o两组患者用药后均未见明显不良反应。结论 屮医辨证论治联 合综合疗法治疗带状疱疹能明显提高带状疱疹的治愈率，缩短病程，减轻 疼痛。 ［关键词］带状疱疹；中医辨证分型；内服中药；高能红光；综合疗法 ［中图分类号1R275.9 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号11674-4721 （2016） 06 （b） -0142-03 Effect observation of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive therapy in treating herpes zoster YE Zhi-qiang Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Mingxi County Hospital in Fujian Province, Mingxi 365200, China [Abstract]Objective To observe the effect of syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive therapy in treating herpes zoster?Methods 156 herpes zoster patients of Chinese medicine dermatology from June 2012 to June 2015 were random divided into two groups.78 cases in control group were treated with comprehensive therapy included oral administration aciclovir tablet, stab bleb and released liquid, high-energy red glow and external application of Jidesheng Sheyao tablet. 78 cases in treatment group were further given syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine of Chinese medicinal decotion on the basis of control group. The course was 1 imited in 10 days. The index of rash heal ing time, pain di sappeared time and clinical effects at the encl of treatment were observed. Results After treatment for 10 days, the total effective rate in treatment group was 94. 87%, which was obvious higher than that was 82.05% in control group (P0. 05) .Any obvious adverse effects appeared in two groups after treatment. Conclusion Syndrome differentiation and treatment in Chinese medicine combined with comprehensive therapy in treating herpes zoster can obvious enhance the cure rate of herpes zoster, shorted disease course and alleviate pain.
