2021地铁项目施工阶段成本管理探究范文 　　中文摘要 　　摘要：近年来，随着国民经济的迅猛发展，城市规模不断扩大，居民的出行需求日益增长，给城市交通带来巨大的压力。因地铁具有方便、快捷、舒适等特点，目前有越来越多的大城市正在建设或筹建自己的地铁项目。对施工方而言，地铁建设进入高潮期，一方面会带来更多的机遇，另一方面也会面临更大的挑战。随着参建单位的不断增多，竞争也日俱激烈。施工单位如何以项目成本管理为中心，依靠科技手段、技术创新，提高管理水平，在满足安全、质量、工期的前提下，最终降低工程成本，提高经济效益，直接影响该企业的生存和发展。本文从施工方角度出发，结合地铁工程的特点，对地铁施工项目成本管理过程中存在的问题进行分析。在借鉴国外先进成本管理经验的前提下，以目标成本管理的理论和全面成本管理理论为基础，采用类比估算法、目标成本法等方法，分析各阶段成本管理要点，提出各阶段各方面的成本管理措施和各环节的成本管理方法。采用理论和实践相结合的论证方法，在理论分析过程中穿插多个案例，对地铁项目成本管理中的典型案例进行研究，总结其先进管理经验和方法，将对在建和未来的地铁建设项目管理有很好的借鉴和指导意义，也对其它大型施工项目成本管理有很好的参考意义。 　　关键词：地铁施工项目；施工项目管理；施工成本管理 　　ABSTRACT 　　ABSTRACT:In recent years,with the rapid development of the nationaleconomy, cities have been expanding, the growing travel needs of residents hasbrought enormous pressure for urban transport. Because the subway is convenient, fast,comfortable, etc, there are a growing number of cities are building or build their ownmetro project. On the construction side, on the one hand, the climax of subwayconstruction will bring more opportunities, on the other hand,will face greaterchallenges. With the growing number of construction companies, competition is fierceall day. How to manage the construction cost will directly affect the survival anddevelopment of companies, the companies could rely on scientific and technologicalmeans,technological innovation, improve the management level,to reduce projectcosts,improve economic efficiency ultimately under meet the safety,quality andduration of the premise. 　　Fromthe perspective of the construction side, combined with the characteristicsof the subway project, the problems about the cost of subway construction projectmanagement process is analyzed in the thesis.
