广州市房地产行业业绩考核与管理方法的研究
内 容 摘 要
相比于上个世纪,现阶段国内业绩考核或企业管理方法的理论研究和具体的实践方面有了突飞猛进的进展。随着越来越多房地产企业迅速发展起来,企业的竞争力也越来越激烈,因此房地产企业不仅要着重项目的成功率,也要侧重人才队伍的管理,为企业未来发展营造良好的范围。
本文以广州市房地产行业为研究对象,采用文献分析法和描述性研究法等方法,详细分析现阶段广州市房地产企业的管理方法与业绩考核体系,先探讨业绩考核的概念、流程和主要方法;管理方法从战略目标和企业文化两方面研讨了各自对企业发展的影响因素。之后以广州市房地产行业为对象,进行深一步的探求。根据以上分析,本文得出业绩考核与管理方法间有相辅相成、相得益彰的干系,房地产行业做好业绩考核与管理方法的接洽是管理制度上的一项重大进程。

Research on performance evaluation and management methods of Guangzhou real estate industry
Abstract
Compared with the last century, the theoretical research and specific practice of domestic performance appraisal or business management methods have made rapid progress at this stage. With the rapid development of more and more real estate companies, their competitiveness is becoming more and more exciting. Therefore, real estate companies must not only focus on the projects success rate, but also focus on the management of the talent team to create a good scope for the future development of the company.
This article takes Guangzhou real estate companies as the research object and adopts literature analysis and descriptive research methods to analyze the management methods and performance appraisal system of Guangzhou real estate companies in detail at this stage. First, the concept, process and main methods of performance appraisal are discussed. The management method discusses the factors that influence the development of the company from two aspects: strategic goals and corporate culture. After that, we took Guangzhou as a target and conducted further exploration. Based on the above analysis, this article concludes that performance appraisal and management methods have mutually reinforcing and mutually beneficial relationships. The contact between real estate companies performance appraisal and management methods is a major process in the management system.
