PAGE PAGE 29 汽车事故查勘定损方法研究(车辆工程专业) 摘要 从上世纪90年代以来，我国汽车行业的快速发展，汽车保有量的持续增加，带动汽车保险行业的飞速发展。伴随着汽车保险的快速发展，高赔付率一直是困扰车险行业的难题，其中道德风险是导致车险业务赔付率居高不下的重要原因。 查勘定损是汽车保险实线环节的重要岗位，通过研究和完善查勘定损的方法，能提高事故案件的处理准确性和效率，降低道德风险导致赔付的可能。 本文阐述了查勘定损的相关概念，通过理论上的叙述和技术性上的分析，并对汽车车身结构，易损部件材料及更换标准进行简要的介绍。主要介绍交通事故中车辆碰撞分析，现场查勘方法，事故车辆定损标准和方法。文章对机动车辆常见事故损失进行分析，通过调查机动车辆常见事故类型以及发生的原因，总结出常见事故查勘的方法流程和查勘方法，事故的易损形式和定损标准。 关键词： 汽车保险 查勘定损方法 研究 Motor insurance survey method of determining loss Abstract Since the 1990s, Chinas auto industry has developed rapidly, and the number of domestic autos has continued to increase. As a result, the auto insurance industry has developed rapidly. However, high compensation rates have always been a problem that puzzles the auto insurance industry. Among them, moral hazard is Reasons for the higher rate of auto insurance business. Survey and loss assessment is an important position in the real line of automobile insurance. By studying and improving the methods of survey and loss assessment, the accuracy and efficiency of accident cases can be improved, and the possibility of compensation caused by moral hazard can be reduced. In this paper, the concepts related to the survey and damage assessment are described. Through the theoretical description and technical analysis, the car body structure, vulnerable parts materials and replacement standards are briefly introduced. This paper mainly introduces the analysis of vehicle collision in traffic accident, the method of field investigation, the standard and method of vehicle loss assessment. This paper analyzes the loss of common accidents of motor vehicles, summarizes the method flow and investigation method of common accidents, vulnerable forms of accidents and loss assessment standard by investigating the types and causes of common accidents of motor vehicles.
