毕业设计 摘 要 花式捻线机在纺织等工业的应用十分的广，一般用于纺各式纹纱、圈圈纱，花竹节纱、大纵，由于用户需求品种变化快，各种纺纱工艺的参数的更改设定太快，给用户带来很多不便，很多用户希望可以把不同的工艺参数能够保存下来，每次使用时比较方便.同时老式继电器控制线路有着某些不可靠的地方，影响成纱的质量，给用户造成没有必要的经济损损。:针对传统捻线机必须技术改造问题，设计了PLC的自动控制系统在现代科学快速发展的背景下，国内纺织产业中，机械设备的科学技术投入力度不断加大，因此对PLC技术进行研究和创新尤为重要。为此，首先对PLC技术在纺织设备中的控制手段等方面内容进行了简单概述;随后以此为基础，重点探究了PLC技术的优化措施。结果表明，在纺织设备当中全面系统地接入PLC技术，既能达到降低生产安全问题的目的，同时还能在一定程度上提升对纺织设备的控制质量和控制效率。 关键词：PLC技术;花式捻线机 ABSTRACT Fancy twisting machine is widely used in textile industry, mainly used for spinning all kinds of corrugated yarn and circle yarn, slub yarn, pot-bellied longitudinal due to varieties of users change fast, set all kinds of spinning process parameters change frequently, caused a lot of hemp k} o many users for users to different process parameters can be preserved, called when each use both at the same time, old relay control circuit exists some unreliable, influence the yarn quality, cause unnecessary economic loss to users first drop to: according to traditional twister must technical reconstruction problem, design the PLC automatic control system under the background of the rapid development of modern science, In the domestic textile industry, machinery and equipment science and technology investment is increasing, so the research and innovation of PLC technology is particularly important.
