Since founded, Dalian Water Supply Company(DWSC) has achieved superior performance and formed a certain level of inner cultural atmosphere. However, employees have less responsibilities and enthusiasm and incorrect attitudes to works for the lack of conclusion of corporate culture and the change of economy system. Hence, it is badly needed to be solved that identifying and refining corporate culture meeting to characteristics of modem enterprises' on the base of the culture in existence. That is the purpose of this dissertation. It is made up of four chapters. Chapter 1 presents problem that needs to be resolved in this dissertation, shows significance the research, and describes research methods, research thinking and framework. Chapter 2 analyses culture condition of DWSC, fornis framework of corporate culture, and further assesses present condition of culture of DWSC according to that framework through deep interview. Chapter 3 uses questionnaire to confirm employees' and managers' recognition about details of culture of DWSC on the base of results of deep interview described in Chapter 2. Further analysis is also conducted. Chapter 4 restructures detailed contents of culture building aiming at problems needing to be resolved and according to requirements of the development strategy of DWSC. At the end, implementation methods are presents.
