At present it is an urgent problem to solve that how to analyses the performance evaluation of logistics enterprise reasonably and comprehensively. It is also important to find out the advantages and disadvantages and promote to establish enterprise efficient performance .In order to promote the transformation of internal audit, ShanDongJiaYi Logistics Co. LTD decided to design a set of evaluation index system which will be applied in management audit? As a result, they can not only evaluate managers9 performance, but also realize the transformation from supervision and investigation to improving managers9 management ability in internal audit. Based on the theory of management function and Balanced Score Card, this paper designs a set of evaluation index system. According to qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis and the practice of JiaYi Logistics, the author designed a set of evaluation index system.
