PAGE PAGE 15 摘 要 员工培训是人力资源管理系统中的重要组成部分,是提高企业员工人力资本存量,实施人力资源开发战略的有效途径。完善的员工培训体系是企业高速发展的助推器,可以有效提高员工满意度和忠诚度,有利于建立优秀的企业形象。本文以深圳市梦天源文化发展有限公司为研究对象,首先分析了该企业员工培训工作的现状;其次指出了该企业的员工培训工作存在培训项目的针对性不强、入职培训内容偏差较大、员工培训成本损耗较大、员工参与培训积极性低、员工培训工作环境较差等方面问题;最后结合员工培训相关理论及深圳市梦天源文化有限公司员工培训工作开展的实际情况提出全面开展培训需求分析、提高入职培训的有效性、科学控制员工培训成本、加强培训激励机制建设、积极营造良好培训环境等五个方面的对策。希望本文的研究可以有针对性的解决深圳市梦天源文化发展有限公司的现实问题,有效提升企业员工培训工作的水平。 关键词:员工培训 入职培训 培训成本 培训环境 ABSTRACT Employee training is an important part of the human resource management system and an important source of the company's core competitiveness. A perfect employee training system is a booster for the rapid development of the enterprise, which improves employee satisfaction and loyalty and is conducive to establishing an excellent corporate image. This article takes Shenzhen Mengtianyuan Cultural Development Co., Ltd. as the research object, firstly analyzes the current status of the company's employee training; secondly, it points out that the company's employee training has a lack of targeted training programs and a large deviation in the content of onboarding 1. The cost of employee training is high, the enthusiasm of employees to participate in training is low, and the working environment of employee training is poor. Finally, a comprehensive training is proposed based on the relevant theory of employee training and the actual situation of employee training work carried out by Shenzhen Mengtianyuan Culture Co., Ltd. Demand analysis, improving the effectiveness of on-the-job training, scientifically controlling employee training costs, strengthening the training incentive mechanism, and actively creating a good training environment are countermeasures. I hope that the research in this article can solve the practical problems of Shenzhen Mengtianyuan Cultural Development Co., Ltd. in a targeted manner, and effectively improve the level of enterprise staff training.
