摘 要 随着社会的不断进步,人力资源管理在企业管理中所发挥的作用越来越受到企业的重视,是企业在激烈的竞争环境中保持自身优势的制胜法宝。而人力资源管理六大模块中招聘环节的作用也不容忽视,如何更好的做好招聘工作,引进优质的适岗人才,提供科学的招聘程序,进一步拓宽招聘渠道,从而提高企业的整体实力等问题已受到企业的重视。当前,合理的招聘程序已注入企业的管理中,但难免会出现或多或少的问题,本课题以东莞市中达电力服务有限公司为研究对象,结合公司的实际情况和目前招聘环节的各种程序,通过科分析手法,以指出发现存在问题,提出优化该公司在招聘环节中的有效对策,希望对东莞市中达电力服务有限公司在滨海湾新区的发展态势下,通过不断改进,优化管理,提升公司的整体发展水平,更好的立足于滨海湾新区的发展。 关键词:中达电力公司 基层员工招聘 滨海湾新区 Abstract With the continuous progress of society, human resource management plays a more and more important role in enterprise management.
