. . . -可修编. 大学 硕士学位论文 中国零售业态现状与开展趋势研究 ：吴国周 申请学位级别：硕士 专业：工商管理 指导教师：孟林明论文摘要 论文摘要 零售业是我国近年来开展最侠、最具有生气的行业之一，在改革放以后二十 几年时间里完成了西方19世纪后半期100多年零售业态的变革。本文对中国的零 售业态的现状与开展趋势做了系统研究。 第一章是对零售业态理论的综述。主要介绍了零售业态的定义和分类，西方 零售业态演化理论和影响零售业态开展的主要因素。 第二章论述了中国零售业态演进历程。主要论述了我国零售业态演进的四个 阶段和我国零售业态演进的特点，同时论述了我国零售业态演进的原因。 第三章论述中国零售业态的开展现状。我国零售业多种业态同时开展，各种 业态争奇斗艳。百货店已失去往日主导地位，竞争劣势明显。多业态开展模式在 我国成为主流，连锁经营方式开展迅猛。文章分别论述了我国目前主要的几个业 态——百货、超级市场、购物中心和便利店的开展现状。 第四章论述中国零售业态未来开展趋势。我国零售业态总体开展趋势表现为： 外资零售业巨头加快扩步伐，中外零售企业争相圈地；零售企业呈现低利润运 行的状态；新的经营观念、营销方式、管理手段和管理技术被零售业采用：连锁 化、规模化经营将成为各业态共同的趋势。文章论述了我国主要零售业态——百 货店、超级市场、购物中心和便利店的开展趋势。 关键词：零售业态；开展趋势 Abstlact Abstract Retailing industry is oneof the most developed and active industries．After thegovernment startedthe reformandopenpolicyin1978，it pletedtheretailingrevolutionary that western countries lasted for more than 1 00 years since 19‘“century． This dissertation made asystematically research of the statusquoanddevelopmenttrend ofChinese retailing type ofoperation． Chapter one is the review of the theoriesof retailing typeof operation．It mainly introduces the definition and classification of retailingtypeofoperation，western evolution theory ofthe retailing type ofoperation and influential factors． Chapter twodiscussestheevolution process of Chinese retailing typeof operation． It introduces four stages of the evolution process andtheevohitive traits，and discussest11e reasons ofthe evolution． Chapter three is the analysis ofthe status quo ofChinese retailing type ofoperation． Multiple typesofretailing operation develop prosperouslyatthemeantime．Thedepartment store that has had the master status doesn、t have thepetitiveadvantages any more．Multiple—type ofretailing operationbeesthemain type of the market． Chainstore operationdevelopsfast．Later,it analyses thestatusquoof severalmain retailing types of operation—department store，supermarket，shopping centerand convenie
