PAGE 2 题目 谷物烘干机的设计研究 谷物烘干机的设计研究 摘要 本文研究的对象为谷物烘干机，通过产品设计的方法研究，研究的角度包括实用性、美学性、还有科学性等研究层次。以最后的研究结果来实践分析谷物烘干机的造型设计。 对谷物烘干机的功能结构进行分析，除了产品局部的部件的功能研究，还包括它的整体的功能结构。接着我们对需求进行分析，找到了产品最新的设计侧重点以及研究的具体方向。进而开始对谷物烘干机的造型方面进行研究，我们运用感性工学、以及材料科学、还有色彩心理学等方法来研究该产品的材料、形状、以及色彩，进而改进谷物烘干机的设计结构。我们研究的方向是从人机工程学来研究的，这其中就包括了干燥箱体。还有操作装置、以及显示等方面，从而达到提高本产品设计的舒适度和实用性。最后，我们以该谷物烘干机最终的产品设计实践的最新研究成果，说明和展示了总体设计方案，给未来的谷物烘干机机这一类的产品设计找到了一个新的思路和方向。 关键词：农业 烘干机 美学 人机工程学 Design and Research of Grain Dryer Abstract This paper takes the grain dryer as the research object, uses product design research methods to carry out multi-level and multi-angle research including practicality, scientificity and aesthetics, and conducts modeling design practice and analysis of the grain dryer based on the research results . Analyze the functional structure of the grain dryer, including the overall functional structure of the product and the functional research of partial components. Then a demand analysis was carried out to determine the design focus and research direction of the product. Then carry out modeling research on the grain dryer. In terms of styling, it uses perceptual engineering, color psychology, material science and other methods to study the shape, color and material of the product to improve the design of the grain dryer.
