Overview 1.1 Project Background The project proposes to build a new road connecting Manila North Road (Jct Bangag-Parddun Section) and Cagayan Valley Road (Camalaniugan) in Cagayan Province. The proposed project is a trunk highway and will be one of the main highways in the northern highway network of the Philippines.
