中国石油大学（华东）毕业设计（论文） ZG联合站设计 学生姓名：王 刚 学 号：专业班级：油气储运工程 03-6 班 指导教师：王海琴 2007 年 6 月 20 日 摘要 ZG联合站设计是以储运教研室下达的任务书为依据的。 ZG联合站位于 山东省境内某干道一侧，该联合站坐北朝南，东西长350m ,南北宽250m， 场区自然地坪平整后为-0.35 m---相对于绝对高度55.75 m （黄海）。年输 量每年为300万吨。 站外来油经三相分离器、原油缓冲罐、循环泵、电脱水器、加热炉、原 油稳定塔、外输泵之后外输。 根据实际以及总平面布置原则，设计总平面布置，站内设有原油罐区、 原油稳定区、工艺区、加热区、污水处理区、预留区、消防区、变配电区、 行政管理区等，画出了总平面布置图。根据流程设计原则，设计联合站的基 本流程，共有两种基本流程，并画出了工艺流程图。在设备和管线选择后， 进行了基础参数和热力、水力计算和设计了泵房安装图，并校核了所有设备。 关键词：联合站；平面布置；工艺流程；泵房安装 ABSTRACT This desig n of the ZG Cen tral Treati ng Stati on is pla ned on the base of the assig nment give n by Storage and Tran sportati on departme nt. The ZG Cen tral Treating Station is located on the trunk highway of ShandongProvince, which faces to no rth, from west to east is about 350m, and from south to n orth is about 250m. After the field is naturally leveled off, it is -0.35 in height-- opposite in absolute height 55.75(Yellow sea). The treating capacity is 3000 thousands tons per year. First: According of the station and the designing proposal are determined accordi ng to the assig nment. There are nine parts in all, as follows: crude oil tank field, crude oil stabilizati on filed, tech no logy filed, heati ng filed, sewage process ing area, fire protectio n area, pre-reservati on filed, electric distributio n filed, administrative filed. Then I describe the designing proposal. Secon d, I desig ned the flow diagram. The main tech no logical process of the station includes pump tight flow and accident flow. Equipments and the diameter of pipelines are selected basing on parameters of the hydraulics and thermod yn amics. Then, I desig ned the diagram of pump room in stallatio n, and checked all the equipme nts.
