The articlesare as follows ：一、甲方托付乙方为其供应翻译效劳，准时向乙方提交清楚、易于分辨的待译资料，提出明确要求，并对乙方的翻译质量进展监视。1. Party A entrusts Party B with the translation service. Party A shall providelegible documents in time and give clear requirements and control the translationquality of Party B.二、乙方按时完成翻译任务〔如发生不行抗力的因素除外〕，向甲方供应已翻译好的打印件及电子文件各一份。具体交稿日期为收到待译资料后3 个工作日。对于加急稿件，交稿期限由双方临时协商。2. Party B shall complete the translation work in time and deliver the translationby printed hard copy and a relevant disk within the agreed date. It takes threeworking days as agreed date for the translation work. For the urgent request ，the delivery time will be discussed accordingly between the two parties.三、乙方对甲方供应的任何资料必需严格保密，不得透露给第三方。3. Party B shall keep con fide ntiality of any docume nts provided by Party A and cannot disclose to the third party.四、翻译工作量统计：电子译稿：按电脑统计的中文版字符数计算〔中文版Word2003中“不计空格的字符数〞〕；打印译稿：按中文原稿行数—列数统计计算〔行—列〕。4. Calculation of the load of translation : For electronic documents ，thetran slati on load shall be based on the statistics of the computer 〔Chi nese VersionWord2003 “ Chin ese characters not in clud ing bla nk spaces 〞 〕. For pr in ted docume nts,the tran slati on load shall be calculated accord ing to lines of Chin ese characters〔the orig inal pri nted copy〕，i.e. li nes __ rows.五、本次翻译费为元。甲方同意向乙方缴付一切与此有关的额外开销。这额外开销通常包括〔但不只限于〕特快专递费等。5.
