PAGE PAGE 22 基于历史模拟法的我国上市银行市场风险VaR的度量及实证研究 摘要：随着经济全球化的发展与竞争的加剧，市场风险成为了银行重点关注的风险，市场风险管理能力已成为银行经营管理中的重要问题。市场风险管理能力关系到商业银行的核心竞争力，商业银行能否妥善的承担并管理风险将直接影响到商业银行的生存与发展。本文首先分析了商业银行市场风险的构成，进而对国内外有关商业银行市场风险的文献进行了综述，同时介绍了商业银行市场风险的VaR计量模型，并用返回检验验证该方法的可行性，最后运用历史模拟法对十六家上市银行每日收盘价数据进行实证研究。得到十六家银行2013年、2014年两年的VaR值，并对各大银行的市场风险进行分析，提出银行应在承担与其风险管理能力和资本实力相匹配的市场风险水平下实现稳健经营。 关键词：商业银行市场风险 VaR模型历史模拟法 Measurement and empirical research of market risk of Chinese listed banks based on historical simulation method Abstract: With the development of economic globalization and competition intensifies, the market risk has become the focus of banks, the management ability of market risk has become an important problem in the management of banks. It related to the core competitiveness of commercial banks, if the commercial banks can undertake and manager the risk properly or not, will directly affect the survival and development of commercial banks. At first, this paper analyzes the composition of the market risk of commercial banks, and then reviews the literature of the market risk of commercial banks at domestic and foreign about, introduces the VaR model, and use the return test to afford the model. And finally use the historical simulation method of 16 listed banks’ daily closing price data for empirical research. Obtain the VaR value of 16 listed banks between 2013 and 2014, and analysing the market risk of the banks, putting forward that the banks should undertake the market risk of its matched risk management and capital strength, achieve stable operation.
