Unit 1 Topic 3 Section A 教案 The main activities are 1a and 2a. 本课重点活动是1a和2a。 Ⅰ.Teaching aims and demands 教学目标 1.Learn some new words and phrases: relay race , excited, hear, have fun, lots of, prepare for, make friends 2.Learn the future tense with will: (1)I think I’ll have lots of fun. (2)I’ll do my best. I won’t lose. (3)I’ll make many friends during the sports meet. (4)I’ll join in the teachers’ relay race. 3.Talk about school sports meet: (1)I will take part in the school sports meet. (2)Which sport will you take part in? (3)I’ll be in the long jump and the high jump. (4)I’m sure our school sports meet will be exciting. Ⅱ. Teaching aids 教具 录音机/幻灯片 Ⅲ. Five-finger Teaching Plan 五指教学方案 Step 1 Lead-in 第一步 导入(时间:8分钟) Watch a video and ask the students to talk about the sports they have seen. 导入新课。 Show some pictures about sports to learn new words. 展示图片,学习体育项目等新单词。 Let students complete the word map. 填入词汇图,巩固新单词。 Step 2 Presentation 第二步 呈现(时间:8分钟) Preview 1a and fill in the blanks. Listen to 1a and answer the questions. Watch the flash, read 1a and finish 1b. Learn the key points together. Will you take part in the school sports meet? 由“ Will you take part in the school sports meet? 由“ will +动词原形”构成的一般将来时,表示未来的事实或对将来的预测。 take part in + 活动,表示“参加某种活动” = join in be in : 参加某种活动,强调状态。 I’m good at jumping. be good at doing=do well in doing 擅长、在某方面做得好 I’m sure the sports meet will be exciting. Step 3 Consolidation 第三步 巩固(时间:10分钟) Repeat 1a in groups. The group who recites fluently and quickly is the winner. Listen to 2a and match them with the pictures. Learn the key points of 2a. Step 4 Practice 第四步 练习(时间:12分钟) Work in pairs and make up conversations based on the information in 2a. Act it out. A: Will you take part in the school sports meet? A: Will you take part in the school sports meet? B: Yes, I will. A: Which sport will you take part in? B: I will take part in… How about you? A: I will be in… B: Why? A: Because… B: Keep trying.
