XX学院毕业论文 PAGE III XX学院 毕 业 作 品 题 目： 工程质量失控原因及质量控制 管理研究-以某项工程为例 XX学院毕业论文 PAGE I 摘 要 建筑工程是城市经济和社会发展的基础条件，是与广大城市人民生产和生活密切相关的基础设施。工程质量的好坏直接关系到人民群众的生命财产安全及社会公众利益。近年来，伴随着国民经济的持续增长、城市化的推进，建设的迅速发展，工程质量却不容乐观。重大工程质量事故时有发生，“豆腐渣”工程的存在，给国家和人民群众的生命财产安全带来巨大隐患。分析工程质量控制的现状并从各方面提出工程质量控制的改进策略，对加强工程质量管理，提高工程质量水平极其重要。因此，我们需要对工程质量失控原因及质量控制管理进行一次深入的研究，以便及时发现和解决问题。本文一开始对建筑行业的国内外现状进行了分析。其次，研究了建筑工程质量的特点和存在的问题。最后，分析了整个项目的建设过程中造成工程施工质量失控的原因，并从建设单位、设计单位、施工过程3方面阐述了如何进行质量控制和质量管理。 关键词：工程质量；质量失控；控制管理 Abstract The construction project is the basic condition of the citys economic and social development, and it is the infrastructure closely related to the production and life of the people of the city. The quality of the project is directly related to the peoples life and property security and the social public interest. In recent years, with the sustained growth of the national economy, the promotion of urbanization and the rapid development of the construction, the quality of the project is not optimistic. The occurrence of major project quality accidents, the existence of bean curd slag project, bring great hidden danger to the safety of the life and property of the country and the people. Analyzing the present situation of engineering quality control and putting forward the improvement strategy of engineering quality control from all aspects is very important for strengthening engineering quality management and improving engineering quality level.
