In engineering construction and production engineering, they are often influenced and interfered by many factors. Most of these factors are quite uncertain, so there are many risks in engineering construction. The construction is very risky, because the liquidity of construction, long production cycle and the actual construction work, the diversity and complexity of production buildings, the construction of the probability of risk factors and risk events are large, often cause serious consequences. However, all parties involved in the construction of the project have risks, but even the same risk events have different effects on the different participants in the project construction. When the risk of engineering construction is analyzed, the starting point of the analysis is different, and the results of the analysis are different naturally. For the owners, the risk of the project construction decision stage is mainly speculative risk, and the risk in the implementation stage is mainly the pure risk. Therefore, the possibility of project risk in the process of engineering construction is also relatively large. If the risk of these projects can not be avoided effectively, the construction project participating enterprises will suffer economic loss and bring unfavorable influence to the development of the enterprises. 摘要：工程建设项目一般投资大、周期长，在工程建设和生产工程中，经常要受到多种因素的影响与干扰，而这些因素又大多具有相当的不确定性，所以工程建设风险多。 工程建设风险很大，由于建筑施工的流动性大，生产周期长和实际施工时的赶工，生产的多样性与建筑物的复杂性，使工程建设风险因素和风险事件发生的概率均较大，往往造成比较严重的损失后果。 然而参与工程建设的各方均有风险，但即使是同一风险事件，对工程建设不同参与方的影响有时迥然不同。在对工程建设风险作具体分析时，分析的出发点不同，分析的结果自然也就不同。对业主来说，工程建设决策阶段的风险主要表现为投机风险，而在实施阶段的风险主要表现为纯风险。 因此，工程建设过程中出现项目风险的可能性也比较大。如果不能有效地规避这些项目风险，建设工程参与企业将会遭受经济损失，给企业的发展带来不利的影响。 关键词： 风险；项目；项目风险 XX学院毕业设计论文 目 录 TOC \o 1-3 \h \z \u 摘 要 II 目 录 III 引 言 1 第一章 正确认识风险与项目风险 2 1.1风险是事件未来可能结果
