Methods A total of 68 children patients with pneumonia complicated with heart failure who were admitted to our hospital from September 2014 to March 2016 were selected. The 68 children patients were assigned to the experiment group and the control group according to computer randomized blind method， with 34 patients in each group. The experiment group was given creatine phosphate sodium， and the control group was given regular treatment method. Changes of myocardial enzyme indicato were observed in both groups， and the total effective rate of the curative effects was compared. Results After drug administration in the experiment group， AST level was （±） U/L， CK-MB level was （±） U/L， and LDH level was （±） U/L， and the control group was （±） U/L， （±） U/L， （±） U/L respectively. The experiment group was significantly lower than the control group. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups（P）. The total effective rate was % in the experiment group， and was % in the control group. The experiment group was significantly higher than the control group. The differences were statistically significant between the two groups （P）. Conclusion Creatine phosphate sodium in the treatment of pediatric pneumonia complicated with heart failure has favorable effects.
