PAGE III 武警警官学院本科毕业论文 求职招聘系统设计与实现 摘 要 本求职招聘管理系统是针对目前求职招聘管理的实际需求，从实际工作出发，对过去的求职招聘管理系统存在的问题进行分析，结合计算机系统的结构、概念、模型、原理、方法，在计算机各种优势的情况下，采用目前最流行的B/S结构和java中流行的MVC三层设计模式和eclipse编辑器、MySQL数据库设计并实现的 。本求职招聘管理系统主要包括系统用户管理模块、企业新闻管理模块、招聘发布会管理、招聘信息管理、登录模块、和退出模块等多个模块。它帮助求职招聘管理实现了信息化、网络化，通过测试，实现了系统设计目标，相比传统的管理模式，本系统合理的利用了求职招聘管理数据资源，有效的减少了求职招聘管理的经济投入，大大提高了求职招聘管理的效率。 关键词：求职招聘管理；MVC模式；MySQL数据库 ABSTRACT This job search and recruitment management system is aimed at the actual needs of the current job search and recruitment management system. From the actual work, the problems existing in the past job search and recruitment management system are analyzed, and the structure, concept, model, principle, and method of the computer system are combined. Under the various advantages of the computer, the most popular B/S structure and the popular MVC three-layer design model in Java and the clipse editor, MySQL database design and implementation are used. The job application management system mainly includes system user management module, enterprise news management module, recruitment conference management, recruitment information management, login module, and exit module. It has helped job search management to realize informatization and networking, and has achieved system design goals through testing. Compared with the traditional management model, the system has made reasonable use of data resources for job search management and effectively reduced the economic investment in job search management.
