* * * * * In the stock/需求s list, the most up-to-日期 development of stocks and 需求s is displayed. The layout of the list on the screen is the same as that of the MRP list. By means of the ATP 数量 (Available To Promise), the MRP 控制者 can determine if all issues are covered by the master plan and how much of the receipt 数量 is still available for new issues. During the ATP 数量 calculation, therefore, the system checks that all issues are covered by existing receipts and whether quantities are left over to cover new issues. These quantities that have not yet been allocated form the ATP 数量. In detail, the calculation is made as follows: The issues (customer 需求s, 计划 in非独立需求uirements 预留s) are dynamically allocated to the receipts (warehouse stock, 计划订单s, purchase requisitions and so on) which lie directly before them. The calculation is carried out in such a way that the issue is allocated to the receipt which lies nearest to it and which still has a positive ATP 数量. If the ATP 数量 of this receipt does not cover the issue then the system will search for and check the next nearest receipt (always in a backwards direction) for a positive ATP 数量 which will then also be allocated to the issue. If the issue cannot be covered by existing receipts then the master plan has to be changed. This means that new 计划订单s or purchase requisitions have to be 创建d. * The MRP list displays the results of the last planning run. The current stock/需求s list displays the most up to 日期 stocks, 需求s and receipts. Changes to stocks, 需求s or receipts are displayed immediately in the current stock/需求s list whereas they are not displayed in the MRP list until after the next planning run The MRP list displays the results of the last planning run. Changes that have occurred between planning runs are ignored in the MRP list. Contrary to this logic, in the stock/需求s list, all current stock, receipt, and issue changes are displayed.
