Among the three cultiva， ‘Legacy’ grew better than ‘O’Neal’， and ‘O’Neal’ grew better than ‘Misty’. The flowe were bigger under the rain-shelter cultivation. The flower size between ‘Legacy’ and ‘Misty’ were significant different， and the flower length between ‘O’Neal’ and ‘Misty’ was also different. There was no significant difference between fruit size， but fruit firmness was increased under the rain-shelter cultivation. The fruit maturity period of ‘O’Neal’ was the earliest， and then were ‘Misty’ and ‘Legacy’. The yield of ‘Legacy’ was the highest and then was ‘Misty’ and ‘O’Neal’. ‘Legacy’ has higher soluble solids and anthocyanin contents and lower acid content and its fruit was sweet. ‘Misty’ has higher acid and polyphenol contents and its fruit was a bit sour. Moreover， under the rain-shelter cultivation， polyphenol， soluble solids and anthocyanin contents and SOD activity were all decreased， acid content and POD activity increased. ‘Misty’ with lower generation rate of O2.- and MDA content under both the rain-shelter and open field cultivation has strong antioxidant capacity.【Conclusion】Thre
