船长告知书 尊敬的船长先生： 欢迎贵轮抵达本港口。根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》及相关法律法规，以及国际船舶和港口设施保安规则（ISPS规则），现将有关事项告知如下： 一、出入境边防检查单位将依据中国法律法规及相关规定，公正执法，切实维护安全、便捷的出境入境秩序。对违法行为，出入境边防检查单位将依法处理。 二、请按照出入境边防检查单位要求和程序申报船舶情况，办理入出境检查手续。如船舶载有非法出入境人员和枪支弹药的，应如实申报，严禁瞒报、漏报。 三、未经出入境边防检查单位同意，船舶不得擅自改变出入境时间、地点和航线。入境船舶自入境后至入境检查前，出境船舶自出境检查后至出境前，未经出入境边防检查单位许可，不得上下人员、装卸货物或物品。 四、外国船员及其随行家属登陆港口所在城市的，应向出入境边防检查单位申请办理“临时入境许可”。需到港口所在城市以外地区旅游或换乘交通运输工具出境的，应向公安单位出入境管理部门申办停留证件，经查验准许后方可离船。 五、本船乘员以外的人员因装卸物品、维修作业、参观访问等事由上下船舶，以及船舶之间相互搭靠的，需向出入境边防检查单位申请取得人员登轮证件和船舶搭靠证件，否则属于违法行为，将受到处罚，请船长协助做好检查管理工作。 六、根据ISPS规则，船舶在港期间应落实船舶保安要求，安排梯口值班，认真识别上下人员身份，详细登记相关信息，加强重点部位安全巡视。船舶离港前，请进行全面安全检查，发现可疑情况立即报告出入境边防检查单位，并配合做好相关处置工作。 ××边防检查站 二〇××年二月二十四日 Notice to the Captain Dear Captain, Welcome to our port.
