METHODS: Sixty patients with diabetes who were admitted from April 2017 to May 2018 were enrolled in the study. They were randomly pided into two groups according to the principle of parity grouping. Group A (n=30) adopts the iulin pump medication regimen， and group B (n=30) adopts the traditional iulin injection regimen. The changes of blood glucose in the two groups were analyzed compreheively， and the incidence of hypoglycemia in each group was compared. RESULTS: The blood glucose compliance time of group A was significantly shorter than that of group B， and the difference between groups was significant (P<0.05). The incidence of hypoglycemia in group A was significantly lower than that in group B. The ratio of the two groups was 0.0% vs. 13.33%， P < 0.05. The fasting blood glucose level after treatment in group A was (5.73±1.45) mmol/L， which was lower than that in group B (6.81±1.83) mmol/L， and the difference between groups was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: Taking the iulin pump medication program to treat diabetic patients can effectively shorten the time of blood glucose compliance and reduce the risk of hypoglycemia. 【Key words】 Diabetes; Application value; Iulin pump 临床上，糖尿病被划分成为两种类型，即1型糖尿病与2型糖尿病[1]。前者为患者机体中胰岛素分泌绝对不足，也无法降低血糖，而后者则为患
