According to the random number table method， they were pided into a study group and a control group， with 46 patients in each group.The patients in the study group were treated with pericoronal rie solution， while those in the control group were treated with hydrogen peroxide solution. After 1-2 weeks of treatment， the clinical therapeutic effects， pain relief time and inflammatory regression time of the two groups were compared.Results the total effective rate was 93.48% in the study group， significantly higher than 80.43% in the control group (P<0.05).Compared with the control group， the pain relief time and inflammatory regression time of the study group were significantly reduced， and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion pericoronal washing solution can achieve ideal clinical treatment effect for patients with pericoronitis of wisdom teeth， and the clinical symptoms and local inflammation of patients can be improved rapidly， which has the value of widely promoting the use of clinical progress. 【 key words 】 : pericoronal rie;Pericoronitis of wisdom tooth;Hydrogen peroxide;Clinical effect 急性智齿冠周炎是临床上常见的口腔科疾病，指的是智齿萌出不全或受阻所引起的牙冠周围软组织的炎症感染，如不进行及时有效的治疗，
