Methods: the influence of the computer system on the safety of blood trafusion was compared by comparing the safety of blood trafusion of 374 patients with that of 354 patients under normal conditio.Results: the data of experimental group and control group were compared to analyze the influence of strengthening trafusion management on trafusion safety. Then it is concluded that the use of computer management system to strengthen blood trafusion management to eure the safety of blood trafusion can effectively reduce the risk of trafusion accidents.Conclusion: in order to implement the compreheive and safe management of clinical blood trafusion， it is necessary to strengthen the management of blood trafusion safety with computer system to eure the safe and effective treatment of patients. Key words: blood trafusion management; Blood trafusion safety; Computer system 引言：在实际工作当中，有可能因为技术水平层次的差异，工作强度加大等等因素，从而会犯一些本不该犯的错误，导致输血事故发生，而输血事故又是重大医疗事故。为满足患者输血的要求，医院应该实现输血的全面信息化改进。为了进一步提高医院的工作效率，使得血液科的血液入库和发放等过程变得更加顺畅，保障患者的安全，满足患者输血的要求，医院应该实现输血的全面信息化改进。实现医院临床、护理与输血科的连接，促进了输血科工作效率的提高，为患者的输血安全提供了保障，同时也使输血科管理更标准化，规范化。使用计算机管理系统，全面化无死角的构建临床输血病历评价指标体系，尽可能去除主观成分和人为存在的错误，并检验权重比的合理性，使其更符合客观实际并易于定量表达，做到定性和定量相结合，扩大信息量，从而提高了临床输血病历检查的可靠性、准确性和客观公正性，现报道如下。 1资料与方法 1.1一般资料 对照组共计354例，均为2017年1月至2018年1月在我院接受输血的患者，其中，男187例，女165例，年龄32-71岁，平均47.8±2.6岁。输注全血87例，悬浮红细胞输注63例，输注新鲜冰冻血浆89例，洗涤红细胞输
