广西师范学院师园学院 本科毕业论文（设计） 新常态下我国中小企业出口加工贸易发展研究 系 别： 专 业 名 称： 届　 　别： 学 号： 学 生 姓 名： 指导教师姓名（职称）： 　 教务处制 二〇一四年　月　 PAGE PAGE 2 【摘要】 自改革开放以来，我国的对外贸易取得了显著的成果，我国出口增长率不断增长，虽然2015年以及2016年由于世界金融危机，世界经济下滑，我国出口增长率也有所下滑，但在国家宏观调控等措施下，相比欧美等国家出口增长率还是领先了很多。2001年成功加入世界贸易组织后，我国出口竞争力逐渐强化。与此同时，加工贸易型中小型企业的出口贸易也得到了长足的发展，逐渐成为促进我国经济增长的源动力。然而在取得成绩的同时，我们也应该清醒的看到我国加工贸易型中小型企业中存在的问题和不足。如何解决这些问题，促进其健康发展是一项紧迫、有意义的一个任务。本文首先总结有相关的理论研究形成支撑研究实证和对策部分的理论基础。然后回顾了国内学者对我国加工贸易型中小企业出口贸易的相关研究，在此基础上，通过对我国主要出口商品现状的研究，揭示其存在的问题，最后提出行之有效的对策措施。 【关键词】：加工贸易；出口贸易；现状；对策  Abstract Since the reform and opening up, Chinas foreign trade has achieved remarkable results, Chinas export growth rate is growing, although in 2015 and 2016 due to the world financial crisis, the world economic downturn, Chinas export growth rate has declined, but in the national macro- And other measures, compared to Europe and the United States and other countries export growth rate is still a lot ahead. After successfully joining the World Trade Organization in 2001, Chinas export competitiveness gradually strengthened. At the same time, the export trade of small and medium-sized processing trade enterprises has also developed by leaps and bounds, and has gradually become the driving force of Chinas economic growth. However, at the same time, we should also clearly see the problems and shortcomings in Chinas processing trade-oriented small and medium-sized enterprises. How to solve these problems and promote their healthy development is an urgent and meaningful task. This paper first summarizes the theoretical basis of the theoretical research and empirical research. Then, it reviews domestic scholars research on Chongqing export trade. On this basis, through the study of the status quo of Chinas major export commodities, it reveals its problems and puts forward some effective measures.
