PAGE VI 中国石油大学（华东）现代远程教育 毕业设计（论文） 题 目：科研项目管理系统 学习中心： ××学习中心 年级专业： 学生姓名： 学 号： 指导教师： 职 称： 导师单位： 中国石油大学（华东） 中国石油大学（华东）远程教育学院 论文完成时间： 2008 年 06 月 01 日  摘 要 计算机技术的进步, 促使现代工业技术在快速发展,随着科研和生产技术的不断发展, 原来的人工管理模式已显得不太适应, 而对于科研项目, 无论其规模的大小,时时刻刻会产生大量项目相关信息, 这些数据、信息不仅是一些项目执行、分析的数据, 还有许多维持科研项目运行的管理型数据。基于WEB的科研项目信息管理系统就是将计算机管理技术全面应用到管理流程中，把管理工作放在网上进行，达到高效、准确、便捷的目的，供专业科研人员查阅相关信息。本文在熟悉科研项目管理系统的业务工作流程的基础上，通过描述具体功能和绘制功能图，对系统进行了详细分析。在系统实现环节，本文对管理系统的具体技术进行了研究，以.NET框架作为平台，在B/S网络架构下，使用三层结构构建系统，基于Web网络编程技术，在功能层实现处理业务逻辑的功能，在表示层展现操作页面，在数据层处理数据库的相关操作。通过一定的测试，证明了模块能够只能被运行。该科研项目管理系统对于常规科研工作具有一定的实践帮助意义。 关键词：科研项目；管理系统；.NET框架；软件工程 Abstract The advancement of computer technology has led to the rapid development of modern industrial technology. With the continuous development of scientific research and production technology, the original manual management mode has become less suitable, and for scientific research projects, regardless of the size of the scale, it will always be generated.
