慧农业导刊 2023 1 期 Journal of Smart Agriculture 乡村振兴 DOI 10.20028/j.zhnydk.2023.01.041 西南民族地区实施乡村振兴战略巩固脱贫攻坚成果的 路径研究 王祖良 桂林旅游学院，广西 桂林 541000 ） 摘 要：新时代“三农”工作已转变为实现乡村振兴，推进脱贫攻坚任务与乡村振兴有效衔 ，稳脱贫、防返贫。西南民族 地区作为长期以来的脱贫重点对象，即使现已全面脱贫，也依然存在着脱贫不稳定人口及边缘易致贫人口，再加上其易因环 境恶劣、劳动力老龄化加剧和社会资源短缺导致返贫，在此情况下如何实现脱贫攻坚成果的巩固是需要研究的重点。经过研 究认为，可通过革新西南地区社会资源结构提高乡村基层组织效能、加大产业帮扶力度、建立长效帮扶机制，以及加强脱贫人 口人才培养，开发人力资本等路径巩固脱贫攻坚成果。 关键词：脱贫攻坚；乡村振兴；发展现状；挑战；实施路径 中图分类号 F323 献标志码 A 文章编号 2096-9902 渊2023 冤01-0153-04 Abstract: In the new era, the work of agriculture, rural areas and farmers has been transformed into realizing rural rejuvenation, effectively linking up the task of getting rid of poverty and rural revitalization, steadily getting rid of poverty and preventing returning to poverty. Ethnic minority areas in Chinas southwest have been the key object of poverty alleviation for a long time; even if they have been completely out of poverty, there are still unstable people and marginal people who are prone to poverty. In addition, it is easy to return to poverty due to the harsh environment, the aging of the labor force and the shortage of social resources. Under such circumstances, how to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation is the focus of research. Through the study, it is concluded that the efficiency of rural grass -roots organizations can be improved by reforming the social resource structure in southwest China, increasing industrial assistance, establishing a long-term assistance mechanism, strengthening the training of talents to get rid of poverty, and developing human capital and other ways to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.
