The platform is a comprehensive logistics information management and service management platform, providing infrastructure support for cooperation and information exchange among logistics service providers, logistics service users and third-party service providers. Firstly, this paper introduces the background and research status of logistics information platform, expounds the advantages and applicability of SOA architecture, and then puts forward the design idea and implementation framework of the fourth-party logistics information platform based on SOA, including platform architecture, platform service and platform management. Subsequently, the technical implementation and key technologies at various levels of the platform are introduced in detail, including BPEL workflow, XML and SOAP protocols, ESB service bus, rule engine and data management, etc. Finally, through the verification of experiments and application cases, the effectiveness and practicality of the development model and key technologies of the fourth-party logistics information platform based on SOA are proved.
