肾内科病房护理标识专科化管理的实施与效果分析  摘要 目的：探讨肾内科病房护理标识专科化管理的实施与效果，为提高护理质量和病人安全提供参考。 方法：本研究采用文献分析法、问卷调查法和案例分析法。在文献分析基础上，设计病房护理标识专科化管理的问卷，并对肾内科病房27名护士进行问卷调查。再结合病房护理实际情况，以一个对照组和一个实验组为病例进行案例分析，对比分析其护理质量和病人安全指标。 结果：问卷调查显示，92.6%的护士认为专科化管理能够提高工作效率和护理质量，86.7%的护士认为能够提高病人满意度和信任度。病例分析结果显示，实验组的护理质量明显优于对照组，护理时间延长和突发状况的发生率降低，病人出院时的满意度较高。 结论：肾内科病房护理标识专科化管理能够提高护理质量和病人安全，减少不必要的护理时间和发生突发状况的概率，加强护士的责任感和团队协作能力，值得在其他科室推广。 关键词：肾内科病房；护理标识；专科化管理；护理质量；病人安全 Abstract Objective: To explore the implementation and effectiveness of specialized management of nursing identification in the nephrology ward, and provide reference for improving nursing quality and patient safety. Methods: This study adopted the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire survey and case analysis. Based on literature analysis, a questionnaire of specialized management of nursing identification in the ward was designed, and 27 nurses in the nephrology ward were surveyed. Combined with the actual situation of nursing in the ward, a control group and an experimental group were selected as cases for case analysis, and the nursing quality and patient safety indicators were compared and analyzed. Results: The questionnaire survey showed that 92.6% of the nurses believed that specialized management could improve work efficiency and nursing quality, and 86.7% of the nurses believed that it could improve patient satisfaction and trust. The case analysis showed that the nursing quality of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the length of nursing time was prolonged, the occurrence of sudden conditions was reduced, and the satisfaction of patients at the time of discharge was higher.
