感应加热电源智能控制方法的研究的中期报告 【摘要】 本文针对感应加热电源智能控制方法的研究进行了中期报告。在已有文献的基础上，深入分析了感应加热工艺的物理特性和感应加热电源的控制特点，探究了感应加热电源的智能控制方法与实现方案。本研究的主要内容包括：感应加热加工的物理基础、感应加热电源的组成原理、感应加热电源的智能控制方法、智能控制系统的设计与实现等方面。本研究认为，感应加热电源智能控制方法是提高加工效率、加工质量及降低加工成本的有效手段，同时该方法也将逐渐得到工业应用中的普及。 【关键词】感应加热；智能控制；电源；加工 【Abstract】 This paper presents a midterm report on the research of intelligent control methods for induction heating power supply. Based on existing literature, the physical characteristics of induction heating process and the control characteristics of induction heating power supply are analyzed in depth. The intelligent control methods and implementation schemes of induction heating power supply are explored. The main contents of this research include the physical basis of induction heating process, the composition principle of induction heating power supply, the intelligent control methods of induction heating power supply, the design and implementation of intelligent control system, etc. This study believes that the intelligent control method of induction heating power supply is an effective means to improve processing efficiency, quality and reduce processing cost. At the same time, this method will gradually become popular in industrial applications. 【Keywords】Induction heating; Intelligent control; Power supply; Processing
