永久性结肠造口患者不同阶段自护能力影响因素调查研究的中期报告 摘要：为了了解永久性结肠造口患者在不同阶段的自护能力影响因素，本研究采用问卷调查和个案深度访谈相结合的方法，对62例永久性结肠造口患者进行了调查研究。结果表明：永久性结肠造口患者不同阶段的自护能力受多种因素影响，主要包括患者自身因素、社会环境因素和医疗服务因素。其中，患者自身知识水平、态度和行为习惯是影响永久性结肠造口患者自护能力的重要因素；社会环境因素如家庭和朋友的支持、社会认知和推广以及社会服务等对永久性结肠造口患者的自护能力也具有重要影响；医疗服务因素如医疗资源、专业知识和技能、健康宣传以及医护人员的态度和行为等同样是影响永久性结肠造口患者自护能力的重要因素。本研究揭示了永久性结肠造口患者自护能力的影响因素，为相关医疗机构、社会和患者自身提供了有益的参考和建议。 关键词：永久性结肠造口患者；自护能力；影响因素；医疗服务；社会环境 Abstract: In order to understand the factors affecting the self-care ability of patients with permanent colostomy in different stages, this study adopts a questionnaire survey and in-depth case interview to investigate 62 patients with permanent colostomy. The results show that the self-care ability of patients with permanent colostomy at different stages is influenced by multiple factors, mainly including personal factors, social environmental factors and medical service factors. Among them, the patients own knowledge, attitudes and behavior habits are important factors affecting the self-care ability of patients with permanent colostomy; social environmental factors such as family and friends support, social cognition and promotion, and social services also have significant effects on the self-care ability of patients with permanent colostomy; medical service factors such as medical resources, professional knowledge and skills, health promotion, and medical staff attitudes and behaviors are also important factors affecting the self-care ability of patients with permanent colostomy. This study reveals the influencing factors of self-care ability in patients with permanent colostomy, providing useful references and suggestions for relevant medical institutions, society, and patients themselves.
