Student 3: Designer Design a brochure. Students 4/5: Realtors Represent the real estate agency. Team Project Part 1: With an advertising team, you will create a real estate brochure. Create an imaginary real estate agency. What is the name of your agency? 2. Come up with three houses that your agency is trying to sell. Make a brochure for these properties, including pictures and brief advertisements. Display your brochure in the classroom. Team Project Part 2: As a family, you will choose which properties you are interested in, meet with a realtor and decide which property to purchase. As a family, decide what your housing preferences are and make a list. 2. From the brochures posted around the room, choose two properties that you are interested in, each one from a different agency. 3. Prepare a list of questions that you’d like to ask about each property. 4. In teams of two or three, set up appointments with the realtor and meet with them about the properties you are interested in purchasing. 5. Report back to your group and make a decision about which property you’d like to make an offer on. 6.
