润目舒口服液治疗绝经后期妇女干眼症的疗效观察的中期报告 摘要：目的：探讨润目舒口服液治疗绝经后期妇女干眼症的疗效，为临床治疗提供参考。方法：选取2018年1月至2019年12月我院门诊就诊的200例绝经后期妇女干眼症患者，采用随机数字表法分为两组。治疗组（n=100）给予润目舒口服液口服治疗，每次1瓶，每日1次，连续治疗3个月。对照组（n=100）给予人工泪液滴眼治疗，每次1滴，每日4次，连续治疗3个月。疗程结束后进行疗效评价。结果：治疗组总有效率为92.0％，对照组总有效率为76.0％，治疗组明显高于对照组（P0.05）。治疗组治疗后视觉干涩、沙眼、异物感、角膜溃疡等症状明显减轻；对照组患者治疗后症状也有所减轻，但是差距不明显。治疗前后两组血中性粒细胞比值与超敏C反应蛋白（hsCRP）水平无显著差异（P0.05）。结论：润目舒口服液治疗绝经后期妇女干眼症具有较好的疗效，可以改善患者视觉疼痛与乾燥感等症状，值得临床推广使用。 关键词：干眼症；润目舒口服液；绝经后期妇女；疗效观察；中期报告 Mid-term report on the efficacy of Runmushu oral liquid in the treatment of dry eye syndrome in postmenopausal women Abstract: Objective: To explore the efficacy of Runmushu oral liquid in the treatment of dry eye syndrome in postmenopausal women, and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods: Two hundred postmenopausal women with dry eye syndrome who visited our clinic from January 2018 to December 2019 were randomly divided into two groups by random number table method. The treatment group (n=100) was treated with Runmushu oral liquid, 1 bottle each time, once a day for 3 months. The control group (n=100) was treated with artificial tears eye drops, 1 drop each time, 4 times a day for 3 months. After the treatment was over, the efficacy was evaluated. Results: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.0%, and that of the control group was 76.0%, with a significant difference between the two groups (P0.05). The symptoms such as dryness, sand eyes, foreign body sensation, and corneal ulcer in the treatment group were significantly reduced; the symptoms in the control group also improved, but the difference was not significant. There was no significant difference in the neutrophil ratio and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hsCRP) level in the blood before and after treatment in the two groups (P0.05). Conclusion: Runmushu oral liquid has good efficacy in the treatment of dry eye syndrome in postmenopausal women, and can improve symptoms such as visual pain and dryness, which is worthy of clinical app
