基于相对绩效评价的高层管理者薪酬激励研究——信息技术行业上市公司实证研究的中期报告 摘要： 本研究基于相对绩效评价理论，以信息技术行业上市公司为研究对象，对高层管理者薪酬激励进行了实证研究。通过分析公司财务数据和高管薪酬数据，使用回归分析和相关性分析方法，研究结果显示：在相对绩效评价制度下，公司实施的高层管理者薪酬激励机制显著地影响着公司的绩效表现。具体来说，高层管理者的总薪酬水平、薪酬构成、股权激励和福利待遇等方面都对公司的绩效表现具有显著的影响。另外，公司规模、盈利能力、成长性、盈利稳定性等因素，也对公司高管薪酬激励机制的实施产生了较大的影响。 关键词： 相对绩效评价；高层管理者薪酬激励；信息技术行业；上市公司；实证研究 Abstract： Based on the theory of relative performance evaluation, this study conducts an empirical research on executive compensation incentives in the information technology industry listed companies. Through the analysis of the companys financial data and executive compensation data, using regression analysis and correlation analysis methods, the results show that under the relative performance evaluation system, the compensation incentive mechanism for senior executives implemented by the company significantly affects the companys performance. Specifically, the total salary level of senior executives, salary structure, equity incentives and welfare benefits all have a significant impact on the companys performance. In addition, factors such as company size, profitability, growth, and profit stability also have a significant impact on the implementation of the companys executive compensation incentive mechanism.
