·152 · 寄生虫病与感染性疾病 2023年9月第21卷第3期 Parasitoses andInfectious Diseases Sept. 2023，Vol.21，No.3 【疾病防治】 2021年仁寿县65岁及以上老年人流感疫苗接种意愿 及影响因素调查分析 叶娜，郑灵媚 仁寿县疾病预防控制中心，四川 仁寿 620599 ［摘要］目的 了解仁寿县65 岁及以上老年人接种流感疫苗的意愿及其影响因素。方法 2021 年8 月采取分层多阶段随 机抽样方法，根据仁寿县城区和农村常住人口比例抽取65 岁及以上老年人进行流感及流感疫苗相关情况调查。采用 SPSS 13.0 软件进行描述性统计分析，检验水准α＝0.05。结果 本次调查共回收问卷395 份，其中有效问卷383 份，有效 回收率为96.96% 。受访者中愿意接种流感疫苗的140名，不愿意接种流感疫苗的243 名，36.55% （140/383）的老年人愿意 在流感高峰到来前接种流感疫苗；在不愿意接种流感疫苗的243 名调查对象中，有44.44% （108/243 ）的调查对象表示如果 流感疫苗免费则愿意接种。结论 65 岁及以上老年人对流感疫苗的认识还存在不足，应加大健康宣教和健康促进。 ［关键词］老年人；流感疫苗；接种意愿；影响因素 ［中图分类号］R 186 ［文献标识码］A ［文章编号］1672-2116 （2023 ）03-152-06 Investigation and analysis on willingness of influenza vaccination and influencing factors of the elderly aged 65 and above in Renshou County in 2021 YE Na ，ZHENG Lingmei RenshouCountyCenter for Disease ControlandPrevention，Renshou 620599，SichuanProvince，China.
