needstopsignsandtrafficlightstoslowdowndriversfromgoingtoofast.Iftherewereno

trafficlightsorstopsigns,people’sliveswouldbeindangerfromdriversgoingtoofast.

Theurbantraffictrendstowardsthesaturation,therateofincreaseoftheroadofbig

cityfarlagsbehindrateofincreaseofthecar.

Theurbanpassengertraffichasalreadybecomethemainpartofcitytrafficdaybyday

andithasusedabout80%oftheareaofroadofcenterdistrict.Withtheincreaseof

populationandindustryactivity,peoplestrafficismoreandmorefrequent,whichis

unavoidable.Whatmeansoftransportationpeopleadoptproducespressurecompletely

differenttocitytraffic.Accordingtocalculating,ifitis1toadopttheareaofroadthatthe

publictransportneeds,bikeneeds5-7,carneeds15-25,eventowalkis3timesmorethanto

takepublictransits.Soonlybybuildingroadcantsolvethecitytrafficproblemfinallyyet.

Everylargecityoftheworldincreasesthetrafficpolicytothefirstplaceofthequestion.

Forexample，accordingtocalculating,whentheautomobileowningamountof

Shanghaireaches800,000(outsidecarscountseparately),ifitdistributesstillasnowfor
